My advice would be to call him back ASAP and tell him you want a Rx for O2 immediately, I can't see why he would deny you, it's not like you're asking for narcotics! Tell him you are in touch with a lot of experienced CH sufferers via this board who swear by it. Tell him you will need an O2 tank with a regulator capable of being set at greater than 8 litres per minute and also you will need a non re-breather mask. I get relief between 5-10 minutes at approx 10 litres per minute if started as soon as possible.
Good luck and don't take no for an answer, 2 weeks, good grief!
