Jerri, these are the doctors I found by clicking on the OUCH website, then the first menu on the left above the map, sub-menu Recommended Doctors. So many folks forget to look there first - and I'm frankly shocked that no one has suggested this to you yet!! Especially folks who are OUCH members already.
The names in blue underneath the doctors' names are the cluster heads who have recommended them. If you go to that site, you can mail those folks directly for more information. Worth a shot - hope you find relief soon. Hang in there.
