Warren has just completed 4 weeks of not smoking - using the patch. He was very determined this time, and seems to be not having too much trouble. We have even been to parties where people were smoking all around us. He has just moved from the 21mg to 14mg patch - sure hope he can keep it up! Good luck to you!
