there is another type of headache very similar to clusters called CPH. The pain is extremely severe like clusters. The duration for CPH is shorter (5-10 minutes) compared to 45-90 minutes for clusters. Bot can occur several times per day. CPH almost always responds to Indomethecin, whereas clusters do not.
