Generally, clusterheads are completely painfree in between attacks - and I refer to during a cycle. 1-2 hours of unimaginable pain followed by totally painfree periods (except for tiredness, some muscle tension, etc from fighting the Demon) until the next attack.
The numbness really concerns me. I have no medical credentials whatsoever, so please take this in the spirit in which it is offered, but I'd check with another doc.
