CPH = chronic paroxysmal hemicrania. It is very similar to clusters. Same severe pain, but each attack is shorter compared to cluster, but may be sevearl times per day whereas cluster are at most 2-3 per day. Indomethecin (Indocin) is almost always effective for CPH relief, but not so for clusters.

Another person "Lesley" posted several lines below your post... she thinks she might have CPH.

Whether you have CPH or clusters, you are welcome here. Let us know what you find out.
