jabs and jolts, yes its me again already

I've been doing some investigating and it looks so far like i have a form of cluster that is called "jabs and jolts syndrome" However i can't seen to find much of anything on it. when i do a search i just come up with random .com junk that has nothing to do with headaches. there used to be a good search engine called "Snap" for medical researching, but this computer, (not my own) doesn't have the SNAP engine. Any advice out there on a good sight that might ACTUALLY have something on jabs and jolts syndrome?
