Mine have come once a year between spring and fall. They used to last 2 weeks, then 6 weeks, now I'm up to a predictable steady 3 months. Hoping they will stay that way for a long time. They started when I was 16 or so, now I'm 30. They went to 3 months 3 years ago. I too do the verap, oxygen, imitrex. That's my magic combo...till this year, going to try the "other" magic thang this year :)
