Cafergot is a very old drug. It is possible that the pharmacy doesn't normally stock it, but they can get it. It is still of the FDA approved list.
I had a similar problem a few years ago getting Sansert. One pharmacy said they didn't have it but could get it in a couple of days. Not wanting to wait, I went to another pharmacy. They said they didn't have it but could get it in a couple of days. So I went back to the first pharmacy and asked them to get it.
