Hi Bruce,
I had excellent response and treatment from Dr. Robert Maxwell at the
University of Minnesota Hospital. He is probably retired now but I'm
sure there's someone there that can help you. It would be at the
Neurology Dept. If I remember you have to be recommended by your
current Dr. or Specialist. Good Luck.
