The literature I have is copyrighted 2001 and does say not to exceed 10mg (thanks for pointing that out) in any 24 hr period but does not say anything about the treatment of more than 3 headaches in a 30 day period. It does say to consult your doctor before taking a 2nd dose if the first is not effective but I have already been ok'd to do so. I know many of the medications for CH are dangerous is some ways and have weighed the risks with my doctor before. I also have to look at the fact that I have been unable to work for 3 yrs, have up to 4 a day, have lost my wife, and can't even keep my house clean. If it wasn't for my lovely mother I'd be living in the street thanks to CH. I'd even let them cut my balls off if it would make these damn things go away.
