We don't have to drink.
Nitrates are the culprit. There are LOTS of nitrates in wine.
I don't drink in or out of a cycle. When I used to drink ( many years ago ) alcohol within a cycle would give me an immediate atack.
Do not let your husband drink alcohol during a cycle - Please.
