90 miles away in Hayti, Missouri. But to be honest with you, Marc, I don't have a clue about docs in Memphis. I suffered for years here in Missouri with docs that gave me muscle relaxers for "tension" headaches. It wasn't until I moved to Phoenix that I was diagnosed correctly.
I would suggest that you arm yourself with info from this site and just keep trying different docs until you find one who will listen. If you do, I would be interested in knowing, as I may be relocating to Memphis myself soon.
