Sorry to hear about your all-nighter. Have you tried Remeron (15-30mg) or Trazadone (50-200mg) at bedtime? I never wake up with one after taking 30mg of Remeron and 2-4 50mg Trazadone tabs. I also take .5mg of xanax 3 times a day for depression and to help keep me relaxed. I tend to have more attacks when I'm stressed or when I'm really tense from having a couple of really bad days (4 severe attacks).
