Seems like most of the replies assume that Ike is talking about either tooth pain during an attack or "phantom" ch that only hits the tooth nerve.

I took it to mean that Ike's having something like a toothache, separate from ch, but the dentist said his tooth is fine.

He's wondering if anyone else has what I'll call, for lack of more creativity, cluster shadows in the tooth area.

Ike, during some very bad (8-9's) attacks, the cluster pain sometimes radiates down from my temple into my upper molar area - feeling for all the world like an abcess that needs root canal. But this always ends right along with the actual cluster itself. I've never had any residual tooth pain that was cluster related.

KTSSU,
T
