My doctor refused to prescribe O2 when I asked... he said the insurance wouldn't cover it. I told him I don't care, I'll pay for it! So he wrote me the script. Turned out to be really cheap too.
Maybe other doctor are like him... only thinks about what the insurance will pay for... doesn't even mention the rest.
