Have been drowning myself with water the rest of this day. Everytime shadows increase I down another full glass, so far is helping immensely. I hope you are right and this is nearing end of cycle. Another nite/morning like today and I know husband is going to insist on taking me to ER. Still have the trembles from the hell this morning.
