I've been having these damn headaches for years and thought it was sinus infections the whole time. Anyway I was recently diagnosed with CH, and new to this web site. The water article was the first thing I read and after having some of the worst attacks the past few days, I decided to try it. I started last night and have to continued to drink water all day today. Guess what? Not one attack today! (I usually get up to 4 a day) It may be just dumb luck, but it may actually work too! Bottoms Up!!
