My attack cycles seem to show up right when I've gotten really caught up in the rat race, frankly. Just when I've started to get my priorities out of whack and let stress get the best of me, it's almost as if the demon takes his cue to come stay for a while and let me know that "Hey pal, you know what? It could be a whole lot worse." I know that blood pressure and stress are directly related, so your theory certainly stands to reason! Also, I mentioned in a post yesterday that Chlor-Trimeton has helped me manage my attacks, keeping virtually 100% of them under 25 minutes... and I believe it's an anti-histamine... and yesterday I read a webpage that said one alternate name for CH's is 'histamine headache'... Any thoughts, anyone?
