There are 3 possibilites:
1) Those that hallucinogens work for don't have real CH.
2) Those that hallucinogens don't work for don't have real CH.
3) Not all hallucinogens work for everyone.
Basically I agree with ChuckC. If I don't have CH then I have someone pretty fuckin close and vice-versa.
