10 days post lithium cessation and no CH or even shadows. I remain on 240 mgs. verpamil SR, but it appears that my cycle has broken, hopefully until next year. I gotta say too - it is sooo nice to be without the side effects of the lithium (but it did do the trick as far as the CH - hope it works next year). PFDAN's to you all.
