Would you mind adding his name to the list of cluster-friendly doctors we've compiled at the OUCH website? Just click on the Ouch button to the left, go to the menus above the map, the Recommended Doctors page is in the first menu on the left. It's real easy to enter the names in there.
Good luck with the pred burst - my husband's just doing the same thing and he experienced a break in his cycle within 24 hours. Hope you find the same results!
