don't want to disappoint you don, but the injections are all that work for me. Tried the nasal spray....did absolutely nothing for me, neither did the pill. But my advise is it sure wouldn't hurt to try it. It may be different for you. Sure wish I could inhale instead of poke..hehehe......Good Luck
