What meds can a person take that has a heart condition?

I'm one of those lucky people that besides having cluster headaches, I've had a major MI and a coronary stent along with high blood pressure. I also have chronic hepatitis-c. This has caused many problems in my doctor prescribing anything preventative that actually works or especially anything for aborting one of these wonderful eye-poking attacks. Does anyone have any suggestions? If you do please e-mail me or come over and put me out of my misery with a 357.
