the frustration experienced by so many who have to resort to an ER for help. This is a very good letter, obviously written with some careful thought and by someone who is obviously in control of her faculties. My suggestion is to pintout this letter and give it to the ER staff. It may give you a leg up. This, or something very much like it, seems to me a good thing to use when seeing any medical professional
