My wife has been telling me when she see's a cluster starting for 15 years now, sometimes even before I realize it myself she's handing me the ice bag and sending me to the shower,turning he A/C down to sub-zero until it abates.
My supporter has been how I have been able to manage without losing everything,she covers my back like a psycic and never a word of self need.
Since the accident I have realized that my sleeping out on a bed in the front of the house has enabled her to get sleep that she had never been able to get before because of the constant up and down and running the shower hour after hour, God Bless them and if you suffer through the night you might think of spending a few nights out of the bedroom and let you supporter get some much needed rest!
