Just some of the things I learned from here.
Every sufferer here is great, there are guys here that will give you sound advise and all of us will give you the support you need.

Sorry that you had to join this group because of the CH and the pain, none of us wish this on anybody, but this is the best place to be and we are glad that you found us.
