The help you'll find here will take many forms. Almost all of it has some foundation in common sense. Some of it will help to mitigate your pain, while other ideas are directed at managing this horror. Give us a thorough read and do some "editing," as now and then we get posts from snake oil salesmen or others whose family tree has branches where intelligence is recessive trait.
