and for most of that time, it eliminated my CH - until this past fall, when my neuro put me on lithium. The lithium eliminated them too, but with pretty bad side effects. Thankfully, it appears my current cycle has ended, as I am now 2 weeks without lithium without a twinge.
I too noticed that particularly severe colds can trigger or are at least concurrent with the beggining of a CH cycle. Have a bad one now - at the end of my cycle - go figure! Strange malady. Good luck.
