I started taking 60 mg of pred on 1/17. Same day, pf. My taper schedule has been 2 days 60 mg, next 2 days 50 mg, next 2 days 40 mg, and so on. I'm now down to 30 mg. a day. I've been pf since 1/17. Worked immediately. So far, no ch's back. I'm hopeful, but not overly optomistic. Good luck.
