does stress play ANY part in CH? I have been off lithium (still on verap) for over two weeks and have been PF. Concurrently, my wife and I are under a TREMENDOUS amount of stress becasue of our middle son's behvavior (which I won't go into much detail about except to say he's 19 and seems to have a major weed problem - smoking, not selling). Today, I had a very strong shadow or pretty mild CH out of nowhere...could it have played a part? Thanks.
