right when you were trying to stop smoking too..I am so sorry , sis...Wonder if you were too stressed and this triggered them? I know some folks dont think stress plays a part with chs...but I am not one of them..Luckily, it does not always affect me but I know there has been times that it did...smiles,nancyc
