Indocin is for CPH not usually effective on CH.
The Elavil (amitriptyline) is what makes you groggy in the morning.
Dump the darvocet and try one of the triptans (Imitrex, Zomig, Maxalt, Amerge) for the headaches. Or better still, try the oxygen.
