My response to question one is.. definitely...as over the years in same pattern and time every two years I have had to go through a period of increase in my medication...then, lower again for the next round...Nearly two years ago, after a dose of Nitro in the MD's office for chest pain (asthma) triggered the worse bout of CH since 88, which has lasted through maxing out on my meds...now a sudden return to just the normal day to day jabs and eye pains...with an occasional flip flop or face pain...always at the normal time of day that I would suffer the most...I concur with your thoughts on the chronic/episodic bit, as well as the sleep patterns...Wishing you pfdsan...blessings...143
