limit on triptan use?

Hi

Curious as to whether anyone knows about limits yo the use of different triptans: Imitrex, Amerge, Zomig.

Does anyone use these on a daily basis? How bad is it for one to do this?

My doctor tells me that I can only use 4 amerge a week. This, of course, is insufficient.
