You seem to have overlooked the fact that migraineurs do not suffer several attacks a day for weeks on end. For the chronic ten percent, there is no period of remission. From a market point of view, the use of Imitrex--for the great majority who get relief--likely surpasses the usage number of migraineurs. Since you know nothing of my efforts on behalf of cluster sufffers, I will not dignify your personal judgment with a defense. I do have two questions, however. Do you suffer clusters? Are you employed by Glaxo?
