I know that my clusters started about the same time I quit snorting 1/2 ounce of cocaine per week (coincidence or not, I'm not sure). So it could have been cluster headaches or my brains rotting and falling out through my nose or a sinus infection. My doctor finally figured it was clusters after 3 or 4 years.
