Any treatment other than medication, correct CH mediacations are useful only as a complimentary therapy. As I am fond of saying "You cant put out a forest fire with a squirtgun" ! If you have CH you have a serious and complicated medical condition that requires serious and complicated treatment. Preferably administered by a competant, knowledgable neuro, not the local Hindu behaind the counter of the GNC store.
