as far as I go. I'm with some of the others that say it only comes when I relax. I'm pretty stressed much of the day between work (which I do at home) and a 4 year old. CH attack comes about 1 hour after my son falls asleep and I'm finally taking it easy watching the tube. So much for a restful night. Sorry.
