Elaine's advice is great. I have 3 girls (ages 1,7 and 8). My VCR has been my saviour. We put on special movies. When they were younger I remember lying on the floor with them. It always helped to have one person I could call to help if things got really bad. I would have to plan ahead, knowing who was my support person that day. Somehow you get through it.
