Yes, I have had that problem. I would check to see if your plan has any means to dispute the !@##$!@ meds limit. I had to get a letter from my doc for the Imitrex injections stating that the med. was a "medical necessity." I also wrote a letter to my insurance plan outlining how much the injections were a life saver to me. I was able to recover 80% of the $1200 I had spent on the injections. Good Luck.
