I asked a friend who is a FBI special agent who specializes in computer crimes about this a couple of weeks ago. He said that DJ or someone needs to notify the ISP(s) that wacker boy is using.
They need a copy of the message(s) that was(were) posted, the IP address(s) shown, the dates and times posted, and the time zone for CH.com which is UTC/GMT -6 hours.
Given this information they WILL find the computer that sent it... even if it was thru a proxy server.
