I'm now 27 and my children are ages 6, 3 and 2. My cluster first started when I was 7 months pregnant for my first child. With subsequent births, the episodes always started roughly 6-8 weeks after delivering them. It was rough because I remember thinking please no, don't wake up right now..and at the times they did I just had to make myself deal and somehow we did get through the infant stage .... though I feel robbed like I missed months of their growing up.My advice would be if you have children, get all the help you can!!
