It might have been the 6 to 12 miles of walking every eve. I started at 216 and I'm 205 now .The Prednisone kept them down to 1 a day at the peak.I took them down to 20 mg.after 3 weeks .I took 10 mg for 2 weeks and now I'm off of them for 2 weeks now.I have not had a cluster in 8 days now.
