I started taking it 13 years ago. My cycles were several months apart and I was usually able to start with about 60 mg for a about a week then taper down for the remainder of the 6-8 week cycle and get completely off. The problems came about five years ago when I was unable to get below about 30 mg/day for more than a week or two without another cycle starting.
