just knowing. Its a physical feeling you have prior to a CH. For me it's sort of a buzzing in my head along with a very stiff and sore neck. A shadow is more of a low level CH. Like putting your CD player on pause. The CD is still spinning and when you hit play, the music level is right back up there. A shadow is that spinning CD, something in our system hits the play button and it's a full blown headache
