How did the problem start? Alcohal, head trauma etc. The doctor will need to know this. Write things down, when something is bothering you write down the time and the problem, note it mild anoyance and other little details. You probably wont want to do it, but it will help. CH are usually ascosiated with the eye. "Loopy" and "spell" are probably caused by anxiety, it is disease in it self but almost all cronic pain or problems that I know of are somehow related.
