EDUCATE your brothers' friends about what your dad goes through. TELL them about clusterheadaches. Bring them to the website. Maybe one of them will go home and spread the word that this disease needs attention. Nothing like first hand experience (even though it maybe sounds a little like exploiting your dad), for the gravity of clusters to sink into the uneducated public.
Your dad's headaches are nothing for you, your family or your family to be ashamed of. Know THAT right off the bat, ok?
