have resorted to trying strong narcotics, Hydrocodone in the portion you are discribing is a mixture of Tylonol and Hydrocodone, the 10 mg.s being the Hydrocodone and the 500 being the tylonol or acedamenithein(the active ingredient in tylonol(the Brand Name), If this is helping then maybe you had better go back to the doctor and ask for the Oxt-Contin, it's pure hydrocodone in a 12 hr time released formula, I've been taking it for months and been pain free for months, I recomend this as a last resort only, I am severe chronic and was having 15 attacks a day when I finally gave into the medication. I feel guilty about taking it but the pain free days have over riden the guilt for the most part, Tylonal is not good for your liver at all! Pappy
