I'm a episodic clusterhead. First when I was 30, second time five years ago when I was 45. Now it started again.
On previous occasions I had a loving family and health service that supported me. Today I am alone in a froeign country without access to any medical service and besides, I am not as young and strong as I was. I am very afraid. I need your love and support, I really need it for the oncoming months, all its days and all its nights.
